Facilitator Training Programme for 18-25s

Are you seeking a creative career opportunity?

LYT’s Facilitator Training Programme gives young adults the opportunity to develop practical facilitation skills, gain hands-on experience working with young people, and make an impact in their community.

Over 12 training days, delivered across three weeks, participants will build the skills and confidence needed to deliver creative drama workshops for young people in a range of community and applied theatre settings.

After completing the training, participants will be paid at the London Living Wage to deliver workshops in local schools, with further opportunities to develop their facilitation skills through paid placements on LYT’s core projects.

This unique opportunity allows participants to develop their potential, get hands-on paid experience delivering workshops, and build a pathway into the creative industries.
