“The transition from being a senior LYT member to becoming a drama tutor for LYT across all age groups has been intrinsically rewarding. Not solely down to my development from teenager to adult but because it has allowed me to pass my knowledge and experience on to the young participants. I believe LYT has given me a great opportunity to give back to the community the positive things I have managed to gain out of it, not many people can say this.”
We are seeking an interim youth arts project manager to plan, recruit and deliver LYT’s projects in September 2018 while the post-holder is on leave. The Interim Participation Manager will be responsible for setting up and recruiting for LYT’s 2018-19 programme year, as well as co-delivering our Members’ Committee (youth leadership board).
