CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Help  us nurture, challenge and uplift young artists

“LYT is a place that’s nurtured me since I was 14.  It’s developed me as a person and an artist, given me space to have a voice and put me in a community with artists from similar backgrounds. It’s uplifted all of us and encouraged us to uplift each other. LYT has challenged our thinking about the art we make, who we make it for and why we make it.” – Eliezor Gore, Graduate Artist

You will bring extensive experience of directing young people, an ambitious and innovative creative practice and a passion for empowering young people’s artistic development.
